Q1) How do I place a return request?

You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the product in an unused and original condition, except for our non-returnable items such as gift cards, swimwear and innerwear can’t be returned. To return a product, please visit your account page. 

Q2) What is Terrible Twos Boutique's return policy?

Most items are eligible for returns (and refunds), except for non-returnable items such as gift cards, swimwear, innerwear. The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap). All returns / exchanges are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Q3) Can items be returned after the time mentioned in the return policy?

All return requests must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Q4) How long will it take me to receive the bank refund of the returned product?

In case of a refund of the returned product, it takes 7-10 business days depending on the bank.

Q5) How do I cancel my order?

You can email terrible2boutique@gmail.com to cancel orders within the 48 hour processing time. Please include order number and date order was placed. 

Q6) I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

It depends on the bank. Please allow up to 7-10 business days.

Q7) What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, visit your accounts page. Tap the order you'd like to track. 

Q8) What is the estimated delivery time? 

The shipping delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Tracking number will provide an estimated delivery time.

Q9) Can you expedite my order / pre-order delivery? 

Orders will not be able to be expedited due to processing time. Shipping time is an estimated delivery time based upon the shipping method chosen.

Q10 Do you deliver internationally? 

Yes, shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed outside of the U.S.
